OUR PROCESS
Murray Custom Homes will help you determine what is most important to you when building your dream home. Whether you're starting from scratch or buying a home under construction, we will work with you every step of the way. Below are the key milestones of the Murray process you can expect when you build with us. Get ready to create something amazing together.
DISCOVERY
We’ll review your wants and needs for your custom home. Home tours are available to provide examples of our work.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Floor plan and location are selected. We’ll develop and agree on a contract then begin drafting, blueprints, and initial selections. Once blueprints are approved, we apply for permits to begin construction. You’ll receive access to our client portal for ongoing communication.
CONSTRUCTION
Once permits are in hand, construction begins. The standard timeline is 8-9 months. Selections continue throughout this process as well as walkthroughs to customize your home. Draws on construction loan are made at 5 key milestones during the build.
INSPECTION & MOVE-IN
After punch list items are completed, a final inspection and deep cleaning takes place. Photos and videos are captured at this stage, and you are ready to move in!
FOLLOW UP

WARRANTY
Upon closing your 1 year warranty that cover various aspects of your home begins. These can be requested online or through our client portal.
