The first step is to meet reviewing your needs and desires in your new home construction. If you are building from the ground up, bring photos, drawings or anything you can think of for the Murray team to get to know you. We will show you examples of the homes we have built as we design your new home.
CHOSE A SITE & HOME PLAN
The next step is to select your home site and floor plan. A floor plan is best selected or designed once the home site is chosen. You can work with our preferred architects or select the architect of your choice. Our in-house design capabilities let us incorporate your new home ideas in real-time. Showing you the design intent before you leave the meeting.
The next step is to sign a Purchase Agreement whether it be a fixed price or cost plus contract. A Purchase Agreement can be signed upon receiving a completed set of plans that are bid, a detailed set of specifications and allowances if applicable. From that point forward, we will continue the pre-construction process.
Upon completion of your selections and the pre-construction period, we will set up a pre-construction meeting with you and our team. This is the best opportunity to ask questions and review any last minute non-structural changes that need to be made.
You will receive weekly updates from our company and a series of meetings and walk-throughs with the owner.
