OUR HOMEBUILDERS PROCESS
Our home builders process is to add value by visualizing opportunities and staying ahead of future home design trends. We're here to make your dream home a reality.
We’ll review your wants and needs for your custom home. Home tours are available to provide examples of our work.
Floor plan and location are selected. We’ll develop and agree on a contract then begin drafting, blueprints, and initial selections. Once blueprints are approved, we apply for permits to begin construction. You’ll receive access to our client portal for ongoing communication.
Once permits are in hand, construction begins. The standard timeline is 8-9 months. Selections continue throughout this process as well as walkthroughs to customize your home. Draws on construction loan are made at 5 key milestones during the build.
INSPECTION & MOVE-IN
After punch list items are completed, a final inspection and deep cleaning takes place. Photos and videos are captured at this stage, and you are ready to move in!

Warranties happen at years 1, 2, and 10 that cover various aspects of your home. These can be requested online or through our client portal.
